༄༅།། ཨེ་མ་ཧོའི་རིག་མཛོད་། |
སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་ཚོགས་མཆོག་ལ། །
To the Buddha, Dharma and Supreme assembly,
བྱང་ཆུབ་བར་དུ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །
I go for refuge until attaining enlightenment.
རང་གཞན་དོན་གཉིས་རབ་སྒྲུབ་ཕྱིར། །
In order to accomplish the two aims of benefiting myself and others,
བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །
I generate supreme budhichitta.
སེམས་ཅན་བདེ་དང་ལྡན་གྱུར་ཅིག །
May all beings be unceasingly happy.
སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་དང་བྲལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །
May all suffering be removed.
བདེ་དང་རྟག་ཏུ་མི་འབྲལ་ཤོག །
May they always have joy and never be separated from it.
ཆོས་ཀུན་མཉམ་ཉིད་རྟོགས་པར་ཤོག །
May they realize the great equanimity of all phonomena.
ཨོཾ་མ་ཧྰ་ཤུ་ནྱཏ་ཛྙྰ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷ་བ་ཨཏྨ་ཀོ ྅་ཧཾཿ
སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་ས་བོན་ལས། །
From the state of emptiness the seed syllable TAM arises
པདྨ་དཀར་པོ་དབུས་གནས་པ། །
Resting in the center of a white lotus
ཟླ་བ་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་གདན་སྟེང་དུ། །
Upon a moon in the form of a cushion.
རང་ཉིད་རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མ་ནི། །
From that oneself appears as Jetsun Drolma
རྡོ་རྗེ་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་རབ་བཅས་ཤིང་། །
Seated in perfect vajra posture;
མཆོག་སྦྱིན་ཨུཏྤལ་འཛིན་པ་མོ། །
[Right hand] in the mudra of supreme generosity, [left] holding a blue lotus;
སྟོན་ཟླའི་འོད་ལྟར་དཀར་བའི་མདོག །
Brilliant white complexion like the autumn moon.
ཟླ་བ་ལ་ནི་རྒྱབ་བསྟེན་པ། །
She leans back against a moon cushion behind her.
རྒྱན་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས། །
Her adornments are altogether perfect.
བཅུ་དྲུག་ལོ་ལོན་སྐུ་མངའ་བ། །
She is in the from of a sixteen year old.
རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་དེ་ཡི་སྲས། །
All the perfect Buddhas are the children
ཡུམ་གྱུར་འདོད་པའི་གཟུགས་འཛིན་མ། །
Of this kind mother who grants all wishes.
དེ་ཡི་སྙིང་ཀར་ཟླ་བ་ཡི། །
At her heart center on a moon disc
འཁོར་ལོ་རྩིབས་བརྒྱད་དག་གི་དབུས། །
With an eight-spoked wheel in the canter
རང་འདྲ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་མ་ནི། །
Is the Jannasattva who appears just the same.
དཀར་མདངས་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་བསྒོམ། །
In this way visualize brilliant white, noble Tara .
ཨོཾ་ཏྰ་རེ་ཏུཏྟ་ཏྰ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭྰ་ཧྰ། །
A name of a person or a symbol of your life force may be visualized between OM and AH.
Reciting this saced mantra of ten syllables will bring ind Vis hnu, Shiva, the sun, the moon, and the lords of the ten directions will be unable to shake a hair of your body. You will again victory over death poverty, disease, misfortunes and signs of old age. It will also remove all suffering and the eight great fears. You will receive all the wealth you desire. You will attain the ordinary siddhas and achieve all the levels of stainless wis
ༀ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྤུཎྱཻཛྙཱན་པུཥྚིྃ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭྰ་ཧཱ། །
མི་ཕམ་པས་སོ། །

དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡིས་མྱུར་དུ་བདག །
By this virtuous practice
འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ནས། །
May I quickly attain the realization of Arya Tara.
འགྲོ་བ་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མ་ལུས་པ། །
Accomplishing this may I liberate all sentiente all beings without exception
དེ་ཡིས་ས་ལ་འགོད་པར་ཤོག །
Into that same realization.
དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡི་སྐྱེ་བོ་ཀུན། །
By this virtue may all beings
བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚོགས་རྫོགས་ཤིང་། །
Perfect the accumulations of merit and wisdom.
བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལས་བྱུང་བའི། །
From this wisdom and accumulated merit
དམ་པ་སྐུ་གཉིས་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །
May the two kayas beattained.
དཔལ་དགྱེས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེས་ཕྱོགས་བསྒྲིགས་བྱས་པ་དགེའོ། །
